Some weeks are really hard and you just have to accept that. I’ve had a rough week and it just seems like the bad stuff never ends. But knowing that I needed to escape I planned a weekend trip away to visit my cousin. It will be nice to get away for the weekend and spend some time with family. Drink something warm and comforting.
Do yoga and enjoy shavasana a little bit more than usual.

Surround yourself with kind people, people who love and care about you.
Detox from your phone, social media, netflix. Take time to just be present.
Get outside, go for a hike, watch the sunset, just go out and get some fresh air.
Speak kind words, rise above the negativity.
Eat delicious nourishing foods, I promise it will make you feel better.
Curl up with a good book and let yourself get lost.
Go away for the weekend and take the time to recharge.
Clean out and pair down your life. Consider minimalism or a form of it.
Journal how you feel everyday. Let the words go as you write them down.
